Neha Rastogi has held a number of positions in various companies. In 2013, they were the Founder at Agatsa, where they conceptualized and implemented the prototype of the Sanket ECG monitor, as well as business analysis and modelling, ISO regulations implementation, patent and IP protection, quality assurance plan and implementation, test plan of software modules, clinical trials, and fund raising and talent acquisition. From 2006 to 2013, Neha was the Module Lead at CSC, where they managed medium/large project delivery, team management, task allocation, test strategy/planning, test execution, bug tracking, mentoring and training, client interaction, business requirement gathering, gap analysis, impact analysis, and project management. Neha also spent time in CSC Australia for a project transition. From 2005 to 2006, Neha was the Technical Analyst at Hewitt, where they were a niche technology expert in special softwares used for remote production scheduling in mainframes across clients. Neha used Control-M, Control-M Enterprise Manager, ISO/ISPF, SAR, and Lotus Notes. The project involved scheduling of production batch, mainframe system programming, database management, and jobs for various clients of Hewitt Associates.

Neha Rastogi began their educational journey in 1997 when they graduated from Our Lady of Fatima High School. Neha then attended Aligarh Muslim University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering. In 2017, they completed a Business Bootcamp at the Indian Institue of Management, Ahmedabad, in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.
