Devin Kirk

Devin Kirk is an experienced mortgage broker currently serving as President’s Club Mortgage Broker at Agave Home Loans since April 2023. Prior to this role, Devin worked at InterContinental Capital Group, Inc. from December 2019 to November 2022 as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, where strong client relationships were built, loan applications managed, and sales goals consistently exceeded, earning the Customer Satisfaction Award in 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Loan Specialist at Discover Financial Services from February 2014 to December 2019, where Devin facilitated the credit application process and received the prestigious CSE Achievement Award in 2017. Early career beginnings included roles at McDonald's from July 2011 to February 2014. Devin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Estrella Mountain Community College.
