Joey Harrington serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Partner at Agave Home Loans since July 2020, leading technology initiatives and scaling the company from 2 to over 70 employees. Prior to this role, Joey was a Senior Project Engineer in cybersecurity at Honeywell, overseeing the development of secure aerospace products and conducting risk analyses. Joey's extensive engineering background includes positions as Project Engineer for pneumatic controls and structural rotating machinery at Honeywell, as well as a Graduate Research Associate at Arizona State University, where significant contributions were made to the field of aerospace engineering and material modeling. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Structures and Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
