Grant Pill

Grant Pill is an experienced executive with a diverse background in business management and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Director and Co-Owner at Agawam Hunt since December 2017, Grant played a pivotal role in transforming a historic club facing bankruptcy into a profitable entity within a year. Previously, as General Manager at Wayfair from July 2019 to May 2024, Grant led multiple business divisions, achieving significant revenue growth and expanding product categories. Grant's earlier tenure at CVS Health from November 2002 to October 2017 included several high-level roles, such as Vice President of Omnichannel Digital, where Grant streamlined consumer experiences, and Vice President of Merchandising for Consumer Healthcare, overseeing P&L and leading strategic initiatives, driving substantial sales growth.
