Alicia Harper

Since Alicia Harper joined AGB in 2016, she has played a crucial role in developing and implementing processes for the verticals she manages. Her responsibilities include day-to-day operations, partner relationships, strategic growth strategies, transition implementation, and procedure development.

In her previous role with Jewel-Osco, she gained management and coaching experience that have contributed to her success in her current role. Her team was instrumental in turning around unprofitable stores on a consistent basis.

Harper holds certificates in Active Shooter, Use of Force, Tactical Training and OSHA. Her Motto is, “Honesty and Integrity leads to Success.”
