Currently serving as Principal at AGB Search, LLC since January 2020, Margaret previously held the position of Partner at Odgers Berndtson and served as Acting Chair and Deputy Chair at the National Endowment for the Humanities, overseeing federal grant-making initiatives. Prior to these roles, Margaret was a consultant at Witt Kieffer, focusing on executive searches for academic leadership. Margaret's earlier positions include Vice President for Finance and Administration at Lehigh University and Bucknell University, Executive Director of Administrative Services at Yale University, and VP for Information Technology at Wellesley College.
