Jon Hauser

Jon Hauser is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in engineering and leadership development. Currently serving as Director of Business and Leadership Development at Agbara Engineering since January 2022, Jon focuses on relationship building and maximizing the potential of team members in the Power Delivery sector. Previous roles at Agbara include Director of Substation Engineering and Substation Project Manager, where Jon enhanced engineering skills and managed stakeholder relationships. In addition to engineering, Jon is a leadership speaker, trainer, and coach with Growing Forward LLC and the John Maxwell Team. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business Leadership at Concordia University. Jon's diverse experience spans over two decades in various leadership roles, including co-founding Prairie Heights Community Church and writing a weekly column on life and leadership for Forum Communications Co. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Religious Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary.
