Ayako Kashima

Ayako Kashima is a seasoned professional in business development and human resources, with a career at AGC Biologics beginning in July 2018 as Director of Business Development for Japan, after serving as Associate Director in the same division. Prior to AGC Biologics, Ayako Kashima worked at AGC株式会社 from April 2011 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Human Resource Division and contributing to the Technology General Division in an R&D capacity as a Scientist. Ayako Kashima holds a Master's degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Tokyo.
