Bryan Bergholz

Bryan Bergholz is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Supply Chain Management at AGC Biologics since April 2024, Bergholz previously held the role of External Supply Ops Lead at Pfizer from October 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included the development and enhancement of external supply operations and management of over nine contract manufacturing organizations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Commercial Operations and Supply Chain at Array BioPharma Inc. from July 2015 to October 2019, where Bergholz established a high-performing team for cancer drug commercialization and improved working capital through inventory optimization. Earlier in the career at Amgen from May 2006 to May 2014, Bergholz led a 20-member supply chain team and developed innovative solutions that enhanced supply chain performance. Bergholz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Production and Operations from Colorado State University.
