Erick Bartholomay

Erick Bartholomay is a seasoned process engineer currently employed at AGC Biologics since July 2020, where responsibilities include ownership of the downstream functionality of the plant, managing over 4000 CMMS assets, and serving as the subject matter expert for downstream equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Previously, in the role of Downstream Associate III at AGC Biologics, Erick played a key role in launching the Airport Road manufacturing facility by troubleshooting and commissioning long-dormant equipment. Prior experience as a Senior Manufacturing Associate at KBI Biopharma involved performing cGMP-compliant manufacturing operations for biopharmaceuticals, ensuring sterile product handling and adherence to OSHA guidelines. Erick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 2015.
