Max Ford

Max Ford is an experienced automation and control technician with a diverse background in electrical engineering and control systems. Currently serving as an Automation Technician III at AGC Biologics since February 2024, Max has held various roles including Controls Technician at JM Smuckers, Maintenance Specialist at Molecular Products, and Control Engineer at James Engineering. Previous experience includes managing the control panel shop at Tarpon Energy Services and working as a PLC Technician at Niagara Bottling, LLC. Max possesses expertise in PLC programming, HMI programming, and troubleshooting electrical control panels, having also worked in field engineering and service support across multiple companies. Max completed a high school diploma at Canon City High School from 1985 to 1988.
