Michelle Cabeen

Michelle Cabeen serves as the Director of Quality Systems at Edgewise Therapeutics since January 2025 and concurrently holds the position of Director of Corporate Quality Assurance at AGC Biologics since November 2020. With extensive experience in quality leadership, Michelle has previously held significant roles including Director of Quality Assurance at Clovis Oncology, focusing on GMP and GDP for cancer treatments, and Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Kite Pharma, overseeing quality programs for CAR-T therapy centers. Earlier positions include Director of Quality Assurance at St. Renatus, LLC, where Michelle designed and implemented a Quality Management System for a dental anesthetics manufacturer, and Quality Assurance Manager at Amgen, where responsibilities included managing quality systems in multiple sites for various therapeutic areas. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
