Poorva Dabir

Poorva Dabir is an experienced professional in microbiology and quality control, currently serving as a Manufacturing/QC Compliance Specialist at AGC Biologics since April 2021. In this role, Poorva collaborates on deviation management, executes root cause analysis, and generates corrective and preventative actions in adherence to cGMP guidelines. Previously, Poorva held the position of QC Microbiology Scientist Group Lead, overseeing a team and conducting validation projects in cleanroom environments. Prior to AGC Biologics, Poorva worked as a Microbiologist at EMSL Analytical, focusing on compliance and environmental sample analysis, and as a Bacteriologist at Eurofins EMLab P&K. Poorva’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Microbiology and Immunology from Fergusson College.
