Arthur Schultheiss

Arthur Schultheiss has extensive experience in sales and customer support across various industries, including fluoropolymers, healthcare, and packaging. Currently serving at AGC Chemicals Americas Inc. since 2021, Arthur focuses on fluorine-based polymers while previously leading strategic sales at Airgas/Air Liquide Healthcare for drug and specialty gases. Prior roles include managing global sales teams for medical devices and drug ingredients at Airgas/Air Liquide Healthcare - Scott Medical Products, as well as sales leadership in high barrier flexible packaging at Fresco System USA and commercial positions in the pine chemicals sector at Arizona Chemical. Arthur’s career began in private investigative services with Schultheiss & Associates and included sales and marketing roles in fluorochemicals at Ausimont. Education includes an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
