Currently serving as the C.E.O. and Owner of AgCall Inc. since 2009, Gordon has positioned the company as a key player in word-of-mouth and peer influence marketing for the North American agriculture and food industry. Additionally, Gordon has been the President and Owner of AgCall HR since 1996, establishing it as a top recruitment and job advertising resource in Canada. Previous roles include President and Owner of AgCall from 1988 to 2008 and VP of Marketing and Product Development at Union Carbide from 1984 to 1987, as well as VP of Marketing, Sales, and Product Development at Union Carbide Ag Products from 1972 to 1987.
