Jessica Kate Gordon, M.S. HR, is an accomplished professional in leadership development and learning strategies, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Leadership Development at AGCO Corporation since July 2022. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Pegasus Residential and Director of Learning & Development at The RADCO Companies, Jessica has a proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive leadership strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
