Joseph D.

Joseph D. currently serves as Vice President Enterprise Solutions and General Manager North America at AGCO Corporation since July 2021. Previously, Joseph held several roles within AGCO, including Vice President North American Machinery Sales and Marketing and Vice President and General Manager of AGCO Parts for North and South America. With extensive experience in P&L accountability and leadership in the commercial business functions and strategy, Joseph is recognized as a Regional Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador. Prior to AGCO, Joseph worked at Caterpillar Logistics Services in various capacities, including 6 Sigma/TPS Black Belt and Logistics Center Manager, where responsibilities included significant cost savings and P&L management. Joseph's academic credentials include an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and leadership training from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
