Michael Robinson

Michael Robinson serves as the National Aftersales Commercial Manager for AGCO Corporation in New Zealand since March 2022, where responsibilities include connecting AGCO's aftersales business with dealership parts and service departments, providing analytical and strategic support. Prior experience at Norwood from February 2010 to February 2022 included various managerial roles focused on parts business development, after sales marketing, and achieving after sales targets. Michael has also held positions in sales and customer service at companies such as Definite Power SDN BHD and KTM Malaysia, demonstrating a strong background in parts management and customer service. Michael's education includes a Level 4 First Line Management degree from MITO and earlier qualifications from Fågelviksgymnasiet and Palmerston North Boys High School.
