Alissa Carlson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alissa started their career in 2012 as a Customer Operations Specialist at Bayer Crop Science, where they managed inbound calls, created orders, and assisted with the development of standard operating procedures. Alissa worked at Bayer Crop Science until May 2020. In 2012, they also joined Gold Country Seed (Monsanto) as a Customer Operation Specialist, where they handled customer operations until May 2020. Alissa then transitioned to MediaUSA in September 2020, where they worked as an Account Executive until April 2021. Currently, they are employed at AgCountry Farm Credit Services as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for managing loans and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Alissa Carlson pursued their education in several institutions and fields throughout their life. Starting in the year 2003, they attended Ridgewater College, where they studied Liberal Arts and Business until 2007. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Southwest Minnesota State University.
