Dan Chrest

Dan Chrest has an extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Dan started their career at CoBank, where they held various roles including Leasing Services Specialist, Sr. Relationship Services Specialist, and Relationship Manager from 2005 to 2016.

In 2016, they joined Farm Credit Services of America as a Credit Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Innovation Manager in 2018. As an Innovation Manager, they were responsible for identifying, assessing, and activating innovation opportunities within the organization. Dan also developed external relationships and thought leadership within the startup ecosystem. In 2021, they became a Strategic Product Manager, where they worked on developing and driving growth-oriented strategic efforts for the organization's digital strategy.

Currently, Dan Chrest holds the position of VP Innovation Strategy at AgCountry Farm Credit Services, a role they assumed in 2022. Additionally, they will be taking on the role of VP Digital Strategy & Innovation starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Dan Chrest has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, innovation management, and relationship building within the financial services industry.

Dan Chrest completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College, attending from 2001 to 2005. In 2014, they enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and completed their education there in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in August 2021.
