Nicole Hatlen

Nicole Hatlen's work experience began in 1991 at RBC Dain Rauscher (formerly DBI) as a Registered Sales Assistant/Registered Sales Associate. Nicole then worked at Whittlinger Capital Management as a Performance Analyst/Registered Sales Associate in 1995. In 1996, they joined Bremer Bank as a Credit Analyst. From 1997 to 2002, they worked at Community First National Bank as a Loan Officer. In 2002, they joined Dacotah Bank as a Loan Officer as well. In 2003, they started working at AgCountry Farm Credit Services, initially as a Senior Agribusiness Finance Analyst, and later as the VP Agribusiness and Capital Markets.

Nicole Hatlen obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Minnesota State University Moorhead, attending from 1986 to 1991. Nicole later pursued their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Mary, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
