Cathrine Lund Hadley's work experience begins in 2012 as a PhD student at Oslo University Hospital. Cathrine Lund then worked as an intern doctor at Molde sykehus from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they also worked as an intern doctor at Vestnes legesente. Starting in 2014, they began working at Oslo universitetssykehus as a resident doctor, specializing in general internal medicine, cardiology, intensive care, and acute medicine. Cathrine Lund held various roles within the department until 2020. In 2020, they joined Age Labs AS as the Head of Clinical Development and Communications.
Cathrine Lund Hadley began their education journey in 2005 at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree until 2012. In 2008, they also started their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD program in Acute Medicine at the same university, which they successfully completed in 2013. In 2010, Cathrine also had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at the University of Newcastle, focusing on Medicine. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they studied Bedriftsøkonomi (Business Economics).
