Joon Bae

Joon Bae has extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product development and user research. Joon worked as a Principal Experience Designer at Age of Learning, Inc., where they revamped the Enterprise Management System design and developed the Figma design system. Joon also led design efforts for new product launches and worked closely with the user research team. Prior to this, Joon worked as a Senior Digital Designer at Mattel, Inc., providing creative support for various brands. Joon also worked as a Designer at Disney Interactive, leading website and marketing design functions. Additionally, Joon has experience as a Partner & Creative Director at Design-Culture, Inc., where they consulted with clients on interactive and print projects. Joon began their career as a Designer at Frontera Corporation, contributing to new client agreements and supporting the sales team.

Joon Bae has pursued an MFA in Communication and New Media from ArtCenter College of Design. Additionally, they have obtained a BFA in Graphic & Packaging Design from the same institution.
