Shaun Suthers

Shaun Suthers has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Shaun began their career at Halifax in 1991, where they held various roles including cashier, banking and mortgage advisor, assistant branch manager, branch manager, and area mortgage manager. Shaun was awarded top branch manager in the North Region during their time at Halifax. In 2008, Shaun joined Lloyds Banking Group Plc as a regional mortgage manager, and subsequently held positions as deputy regional director, regional financial services manager, and area director. In these roles, they had significant responsibilities and accountability for customer service, sales, conduct risk, and team morale. Shaun then worked at Yorkshire Building Society as a coach team leader for a brief period in 2015, before moving on to Age Partnership in 2016 as the head of equity release field sales.

Shaun Suthers completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Banking at Middlesex University in 2014. Shaun also obtained A levels in Maths and Economics from Cleckheaton from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, Shaun obtained the Cemap 1, 2, and 3 qualifications from Halifax, although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
