Carolyn Hector has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Carolyn is currently the Director of Marketing, Brand and Product Development at Age Co, where they are responsible for restructuring the marketing function and driving marketing effectiveness. Prior to this, they served as the Global Marketing Director at Refinitiv, managing marketing strategy and campaigns for their Platform and Innovation Labs. Carolyn also held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, Travelex, and AXA Insurance, where they led marketing teams, developed strategic plans, and delivered marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Additionally, they have served as a Non-Executive Chair and Non-Executive Director at St Luke's Hospice Harrow & Brent and St Luke's Retail Shops Board, respectively. Carolyn's experience spans various industries and they have a proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth.
Carolyn Hector holds a BA Hons degree in Politics and Communications Studies from the University of Liverpool, and an MA degree in Geographies of Globalisation and Development, also from the University of Liverpool.
