Natalie Burgess

Natalie Burgess is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Head of HR at Age UK since February 2013, Natalie has held positions including HR Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Consultant, Employee Relations Consultant, and HR Coordinator, contributing to the organization's mission to enhance later life for all.
