Sean O'Connor Mrics

Sean O'Connor MRICS is an accomplished Senior Building Surveyor at Age UK since April 2012, providing a wide range of professional services including surveys, compliance audits, and refurbishment program delivery. Previously, Sean held the position of Head of Maintenance Operations at Orbit Group, overseeing capital works and cyclical maintenance programs. As Interim Head of Asset Management at OGL Housing, strategic vision and change management initiatives were developed. Sean's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Building Surveyor at Orbit Housing Association, where technical services for 11,000 dwellings were managed, and as Associate Partner at Loveitts Chartered Surveyors, focusing on business development and supervision of surveying staff. Education includes a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Coventry University.
