Tessa Adelaar

Tessa Adelaar currently serves as the Head of Digital Experience at Age UK since October 2022. Previously, Tessa was the Digital Delivery and Lab Manager at Girlguiding from July 2017 to September 2022, where notable achievements included leading a digital transformation program, establishing a digital team, and launching various platforms and initiatives to enhance volunteer engagement. Tessa also held positions at Mencap, overseeing the development and implementation of digital strategies, and at global tolerance, where project management and communications played a central role. Tessa’s earlier experiences include managing communications at Fairfood International and SSH Utrecht, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communications Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
