Kate Morton

Kate Morton is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in management and consultancy. Currently serving as HRD Policy & Risk Manager at Ageas UK, since May 2014, responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, and managing key reward processes. Previous roles at Ageas UK also encompass People Change and Policy Consultant and HR Project Consultant.
