Samantha Cozens

Samantha Cozens has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Samantha is currently working as the Propositions and Analytics Lead at Ageas UK, where they are responsible for shaping and driving future distribution and proposition strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Healthcare Purchasing Alliance as a Business Manager to the CEO, where they supported strategic program management and handled governance and budget responsibilities.

Samantha has also worked at Aviva in various roles, including Propositions Lead, Project Lead, Leisure & Lifestyle Category Lead, Business Intelligence Lead, Product Owner of Frame, External Analysis & Performance Manager, Direct Pricing and Commercial Manager, Direct Trading and Performance Manager, Retail Operational Development Manager, and Retail Commercial Manager.

In these roles, they have been involved in strategy building, coordination of resources, value chain management, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and performance monitoring. Samantha has also handled HR support, external communications, board meetings, and shareholder forums.

Prior to joining Aviva, Samantha worked as a Senior MI Analytics Manager at Aviva.

Samantha Cozens attended Notre Dame Sixth Form from 2001 to 2002 and Broadland High School from 1996 to 2001. Samantha obtained additional certifications such as "Creating Business Value with Technology" from Vlerick Business School and "Employee Network Leadership Programme Stage 1" from Radius Networks in 2024 and 2023, respectively.
