Wendy Pilton has over 18 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as Data Engineering Manager at Ageas UK since March 2005. Wendy has played a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities for general insurance transactional data, particularly in the Motor sector, and has been instrumental in establishing a MS SQL Data Warehouse for Solvency II compliance. Notable achievements include implementing Pandora X88 software for data analysis and overseeing various QlikView application modifications for stakeholder needs. In a secondment role as UK HR MI & Data Consultant at Ageas, Wendy was the primary contact for HR data requests, delivering complex data analyses to executive leadership. Prior experience includes a managerial position in stock control at Tesco. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistical Modelling with Audio Technology from Anglia Ruskin University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management with Data Analytics at Keele University.
