Colleen Millen

Colleen Millen is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles in the aged care and disability sector. Currently serving as an Aged Care Advocate at Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia, Colleen empowers clients to make their own choices and ensures their rights and interests are respected. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Griffith University, Colleen's previous roles include Site Manager at Endeavour Foundation, where Colleen focused on supporting individuals to develop independence and social interaction skills through a person-centred support model. Prior to this, Colleen worked as a Service Coordinator and Support Worker at Endeavour and as a Lifestyle Support Worker at Synapse - Australia's Brain Injury Organisation.
