Liz Kearins

Liz Kearins is an accomplished leader and strategist with extensive experience in culture, performance improvement, and advocacy. Currently serving as Director at Engagiosity since October 2019, Liz partners with organizations to enhance their engagement and strategic initiatives. As Chair of the Board of Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia since November 2019, Liz promotes the welfare of older individuals and people with disabilities. Additional board roles with the Older Persons Advocacy Network reinforce her commitment to human rights advocacy for older Australians. Formerly, Liz held key positions in various organizations, including Chief Operating Officer and Principal Consultant at Actrua, General Manager of Strategy, People and Safety at Seqwater, and Manager of Client and Clinical Services at the Health Quality and Complaints Commission. Liz's educational background encompasses certifications in coaching and strategic leadership, along with degrees in Public Relations and Journalism.
