Susan Smith has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Swinburne University of Technology. Susan currently works as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager at VMCH since April 2016. Prior to that, Susan worked at Early Learning Association Australia for over seven years managing marketing and communications. Susan also has experience as a Project Officer at the Department of Education and Training, Department of Health & Human Services, and the Royal Victorian Institute for the Blind. Additionally, Susan has worked in various marketing and partnership roles at CPA Australia and Ansett Australia. Susan is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations at Monash University.
