Alicia Armstrong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and safety roles. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assessor at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission since March 2023, Alicia has also coordinated home care services for the Department of Health, Tasmania, and assessed wellness at Care Assess. Volunteering with Surf Life Saving Queensland since April 2000, Alicia holds certifications in first aid, advanced resuscitation, and defibrillation, and has served as a patrol captain and youth liaison officer. Previous roles include working as a Job Coach at The Salvation Army and serving as an Advanced Care Paramedic at HEST Paramedical. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Paramedic Science and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health, both from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
