Caroline WESTE is currently working as a Startup Manager at Eurasanté, where Caroline supports project leaders and startups in the field of silver economy and healthy aging. Prior to this, Caroline held various roles at Hauts-de-France Innovation Développement (HDFID) and has experience in performance industrial referencing and European project management. Caroline has also worked as a temporary teaching assistant at Université de Lille, focusing on project simulation for Master 2 European Affairs students. With a background in political science and European studies, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Eurasanté is a regional economic development agency specialized in the the health sector. It supports the different actors dedicated to health related activities with their research, creation and development projects. The Biology, Nutrition and Health Sector of the Nord-Pas-De-Calais represents 800 companies, and 22 000 employees. Located at the heart of a business park of over 300 hectares gathering 7 hospitals, 50 research laboratories, 145 companies, 4 universities, 5 specialized training institutes, it constitutes a unique business environment in the largest university-hospital campus over Europe. 3 kinds of services are part of Eurasante’s know-how and expertise: - Expert evaluations to provide you with targeted and qualified information in several fields (finance, real Estate, legal and regulatory issues, marketing and business activities); - Business development and networking to make the rights contacts and favor interactions between actors of the sector; - Organization of international events like www.biofit-event.com and www.nutrevent.com (partnering events, coaching workshops). Eurasante also leads the competitiveness cluster Nutrition Health Longevity, whose role is to promote the development of new companies and collaborations. The cluster runs projects dealing with current health problems: prevention and diagnosis of diseases linked to aging and metabolic disorders.
