Ines Altemose

Ines Altemose is a dedicated fitness professional with extensive experience in group fitness instruction and wellness programs. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor for Nia Technique and an Ageless Grace Educator, Ines has been actively involved in these roles since 2014 and 2017, respectively. Ines specializes in expressive low-impact cardio and brain-based seated exercise programs designed to engage the body, mind, and spirit. Prior to a rewarding career in health and wellness, Ines held senior leadership positions in clinical operations at multiple pharmaceutical companies from 1991 to 2014. Ines holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colby College.
