Alexander Sartori

Sr Manager, Scientific Affairs - Global Oncology & Liquid Biopsy Lead at Agena Bioscience

Alexander Sartori has extensive work experience in the life sciences industry. Alexander has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

From 1999 to 2003, Sartori worked as a Field Application Specialist at Applied Biosystems. In 2003, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Application Specialist, a position they held until 2005.

After that, Sartori joined Applied Biosytstems as a Sr. European Application Specialist from 2005 to 2007. Alexander then moved to Applied Biosystems at Life Technologies and worked as a Sr. Application Development Specialist from 2007 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Sartori joined Thermo Fisher Scientific (Life Technologies) as a Manager Application Development. Alexander then served as the Sr. Manager Global Market Development, Plant Sciences Applications from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Sr. Manager Global Market Development, Hematology Applications, which they held until 2015.

In 2015, Sartori joined Agena Bioscience as the Manager, Scientific Affairs (EMEA), a position they held until 2018. Alexander then took on the role of Sr Manager, Scientific Affairs - Global Oncology & Liquid Biopsy Lead in 2019, which is their current position at Agena Bioscience.

Alexander Sartori obtained a Diploma in Chemistry from Kiel University, where they studied from 1988 to 1995. Alexander then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Cell Biology from 1995 to 1999.
