Bobby Griffin

Bobby Griffin is an accomplished Facility and EHS Manager with extensive experience in managing laboratory and manufacturing facilities across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Since June 2022, Bobby has been overseeing a 55,000 square foot site at Agena Bioscience, ensuring the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure and implementing EHS programs. Prior to this, Bobby held various roles including Facilities Manager at Sequenom/LabCorp, where management encompassed three sites totaling over 180,000 square feet, and responsibilities included developing maintenance teams and EH&S programs. Additional experience includes roles at Sequenom, AREE San Diego, Veralliance Properties, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Biosources, and Quidel, contributing to expertise in facility maintenance, equipment calibration, and compliance with ISO and cGMP standards. Bobby Griffin holds educational qualifications from UC San Diego.
