Carlo Bottari

Carlo Bottari is an experienced professional in the field of molecular diagnostics and biotechnology, currently serving as a Territory Manager at Agena Bioscience since February 2020, specializing in the Mass Array genetic biomarker detection platform. Prior to this role, Carlo held positions such as Marketing Manager EMEA at HTG Molecular Diagnostics, where a focus was on NGS-based biomarker profiling, and Account Manager for the UK & Ireland at Vela Diagnostics, concentrating on clinical molecular diagnostics. With a background in solution sales and account management at companies like Beckman Coulter and DiaSorin, Carlo has demonstrated expertise in developing and managing key accounts across various sectors, including NHS and private pathology laboratories. Carlo began a career in sales and business development in the life sciences sector with positions at Berthold Technologies and Tecan, after earning a BSc Hons in Biochemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London.
