Elena Vanni

Elena Vanni has extensive experience in business controlling and health management. Since March 1997, Elena has served as the Head of Business Controlling at Humanitas Research Hospital, overseeing the annual budget, cost monitoring, and strategy development, while also coordinating the International Benchmarking Project. Concurrently, since January 2016, Elena has held the position of Responsabile controllo di gestione at Humanitas University and has been an Adjunct Professor of Health Management and Applied Economics at Agenas since February 2017. Previously, Elena was an Adjunct Professor of Health Management at the University of Milan from April 2002 to January 2016 and worked in the administration department at BULL HN SPA. Elena's academic qualifications include a degree in Economics and Business from Università di Pisa, an MBA from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, and a diploma in Economics of European Integration from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
