Salma Karim

Salma KARIM is a seasoned professional in human capital and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital & Innovation at ADD_Officiel since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as HR & Training Director at FMPS from October 2016 to December 2018 and Head of HR & Training at the Agence Nationale pour le Développement de l'Aquaculture (ANDA) from March 2012 to September 2016. Salma also held the position of Head of HR at the Agence Nationale de l'Assurance Maladie (ANAM) from December 2008 to February 2012, alongside an initial role as HR Officer. Salma holds a Master's degree in Direction d'entreprise from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale and a Master's specialized degree in Métiers du conseil et encadrement supérieur from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion de Tanger.
