Eric Volland currently serves as the Chef du service Emploi et aides économiques at Agence de services et de paiement (ASP) since September 2022, overseeing the management and control of economic aid programs. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de la Souveraineté alimentaire from July 2017 to September 2022, including Chef de pôle and Chef du pôle accompagnement du changement RH. Eric's earlier career includes significant contributions to skill development and training roles within the French Navy and educational institutions. Eric holds a MASTER II in Sciences et métiers de l'enseignement from the University of Lille 1 and has further qualifications in human resources and pedagogy from other distinguished institutions.
