Frédéric Robuchon

Frédéric Robuchon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer service roles. Currently serving as Product Manager at Agence de services et de paiement (ASP) since July 2023, Frédéric is responsible for the business vision of the CALYPSO program. Previously, as Product Owner at CGI from May 2016 to June 2023, Frédéric led the development of the DEFI Tool, managing a team of seven while prioritizing user needs and backlogs. Frédéric's career also includes leadership positions in customer relations at SAY TOUT COM, telemarketing at Toupargel, and communications strategy at Eovi Mcd mutuelle. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Commercial Strategy Management from IDRAC Business School and international marketing studies from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and IAE Lille.
