Serge Dzale

Serge DZALE is an accomplished professional in enterprise architecture and IT strategy with extensive experience in various consulting and managerial roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of the DSI/SUO division at AFD - Agence Française de Développement since December 2017, Serge DZALE focuses on enterprise architecture, information system security, and asset obsolescence management. Prior to this, Serge held the position of Lead Enterprise Architect at CGI Business Consulting, where responsibilities included IT strategy and integration. Serge DZALE has also worked as a Manager at Logica Business Consulting, overseeing enterprise architecture and implementing SOA solutions for numerous prestigious clients. Additional experience includes roles at CAPGEMINI France, STERIA, and Metrika - Gabon, along with an engineer's degree in Computer Science from IAI and a foundational education at Université de Rennes I.
