Caroline Rosenstiehl

Caroline Rosenstiehl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting, social climate, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Currently serving as an associate consultant at Relyance since November 2018, Caroline focuses on enhancing organizational well-being through continuous improvement of processes and relationships. As a CSR consultant referenced by Label LUCIE since March 2020, Caroline provides expertise on ISO 26000 and supports the development of CSR strategies. Additionally, Caroline is a visiting lecturer at both IPAG Business School and Université de Strasbourg, teaching Master’s level courses related to public performance management and work psychology, respectively. Previous roles include senior recruitment consultant at Expectra and various leadership positions within Appel Médical/Groupe Randstad, enhancing commercial development and recruiting in the healthcare sector. Caroline holds a Master 2 in coaching and personal development from Université Panthéon Assas and a Master 2 in work psychology from Université Louis Pasteur.
