Carmen de Diego Fonseca

Carmen de Diego Fonseca possesses extensive experience with the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID), having held various leadership roles since March 2002, including responsibilities for programs focused on science and innovation in Uruguay, governance and gender in Paraguay, and social cohesion in Bolivia. Additionally, Carmen has managed the technical training area for a binational project in Ecuador. Prior to these roles, Carmen served as a cooperating agent at the Defensoría del Pueblo in Peru from June 2001 to December 2001.
