Girlene Alves is currently working at Agência Ginga as Talent Acquisition - Pessoas e Cultura. Their responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, endomarketing, development, recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, feedback, organizational climate, process implementation, and active listening to employees. Prior to this, Girlene was at Agência3 and Sinaf Seguros, where Girlene handled human resources tasks such as recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, benefits control, and legal processes. Girlene also has experience in project management and human resources at a partnership with the Education Above All Foundation. Girlene completed their degree in Human Resources Management at Universidade Castelo Branco.
