Donna D'Amore Torr

Donna D'Amore Torr is a skilled professional in quality improvement and policy development with extensive experience in the behavioral health and community treatment sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Specialist at ACTS since September 2020, Donna previously held the position of Director of Contracts & Policy Development at G4S from September 2009 to May 2020, where responsibilities included the development and oversight of program policies and ensuring compliance with mandatory guidelines. Additionally, Donna worked as a Regional Compliance Manager at G4S, focusing on compliance systems and operational practices. Prior experience also includes serving as Director of Contracts & Policy Development at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions from December 2014 to May 2020. Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University, earned in 1997, following high school graduation from Hickory High School.
