Rachel Silva

Rachel Silva is a Public Health Educator and Health Coach at ACTS - Agency for Community Treatment Services since May 2021, specializing in risk factor screenings for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases among youth. With a comprehensive background in individual education on risk reduction and post-test counseling, Rachel provides essential linkage services to primary care and health coverage.
